In addition, its removable grill is very useful for preparing pizzas and stir-fries in a wok! With a steel bowl and enamel-painted lid, this barbecue has a long life span. The inside of the cover is also coated with black enamel paint and the handles are made of Bakelite (an insulating material) to prevent burns. It has a large ash catcher for quick and easy cleaning. 2 in 1 barbecue - traditional barbecue or smoker

The Charles charcoal barbecue has not just one, but 2 cooking modes. Thanks to its lid, it can be used for traditional grilling and also acts as a smoker. The difference between these 2 cooking modes is: traditional cooking is done at a high temperature, while smoking is done at a lower temperature (around 70 and 100°C). To help you achieve the perfect meal, Charles is even equipped with a thermometer! In addition, the charcoal is placed on an enamelled inner grill to leave a vacuum, providing oxygen via the ventilator below. A lower shelf is available to store your cooking utensils and other accessories.

Practical

Out of its 53cm grid, a 30cm central section is removable, which allows you to replace it with a pizza board, a wok or a plancha. Charles has several chrome steel grills: one for your food, one for your charcoal, and one at the base to store your accessories. The barbecue is sturdy and can be moved very easily thanks to its large wheels. The lid is well designed and has an internal hook to hang it on the bowl when you check on the food.
