Electronic ignition by piezo

Despite its imposing size, the barbecue is easy to move around thanks to its 12 castors. The Rochefort is equipped with a practical electronic piezo ignition system. Its burners operate independently and are controlled by large buttons. So you can cook several foods at different power settings. The thermometer on the bonnet lets you control cooking without opening the lid. The Rochefort barbecue comes with two removable enamelled cast-iron cooking grids, and an enamelled overlay grid that keeps ready-to-eat food warm without continuing to cook it. The chopping board is ideal for cutting meat and vegetables. It has a ring and can be hung from the hooks. Cleaning after cooking is simple, thanks to an easy-to-remove grease trap.

To clean your barbecue after use, simply leave it on at full power for a few minutes. This will burn off any food residue.
As there are 2 removable cast-iron cooking grates, our catalogue also includes a cast-iron plancha that can replace one of the grates. So you'll have a grill side and a plancha side in the same barbecue!
To connect the tap to the water supply, you'll need a tap connector (G1/2/21mm) and a garden hose (not supplied). Drainage is via a retractable hose (supplied).
All gas inlets on our appliances have G1/2 threads.
Connection: You need a G1/2 gas hose and a compliant regulator, depending on your type of bottle and gas. On our website, we offer a selection of regulators (Propane, Butane) and hoses that are compatible with most lockers, to make it easier to connect your appliance to the locker.
To get the most out of your gas appliance, particularly in cold weather (if the temperature is close to 0°C), we strongly advise you to use Propane gas.
 
The BBQACC3554KC unit can be added to provide two sinks.

A true outdoor kitchen

The Rochefort gas barbecue is a true outdoor kitchen. Indeed, it is equipped with 4 burners and a side burner, and comes with large work surfaces. The side burner can serve as a warming plate, and the sink with cold water faucet is very practical for washing vegetables and accessories. The side panels, cabinets, and shelves with which the barbecue is equipped allow you to store your utensils and seasonings. It is also possible to store the gas tank at the back of the barbecue when not in use. The Rochefort barbecue is delivered with an accessory kit including a fork, a spatula, tongs, and a brush.

Heat and corrosion resistant

The Rochefort is a very robust barbecue. Its black structure is made of quality steel coated with high heat-resistant paint. The work surface, lid, control panel, handles, and sink are in stainless steel. To resist corrosion, the burners are made of aluminum. This is a guarantee of longevity.
