How does it work?

For every 300 points you earn, you will receive a £15 voucher. It will be automatically credited to your account and can be used online.
For example, with 1,800 points, you will receive a total of £90 in vouchers (6 x £15)!

How do I sign up for the sweeek loyalty programme?

Membership of the programme is free and reserved for individuals aged 18 and over acting as consumers for their personal needs.
To register:

  • Create a customer account on the website www.sweeek.co.uk, then finalise your membership by ticking the dedicated box, either when creating your account or later in your personal space under ‘My Account’ > ‘My loyalty programme’.
How do I sign up for the sweeek loyalty programme if I already have a customer account?

If you already have a customer account on our website, your registration for the programme is not automatic. Here's how to proceed:

  • Log in to your personal account at www.sweeek.co.uk
  • Go to the ‘My Account’ section, then click on the ‘My loyality programme’ tab.
  • Tick the box to join the loyalty programme to complete your registration.

Once you have completed these steps, you can start earning points with your next purchase!

Is there a charge for joining the sweeek loyalty programme?

No, membership of the sweeek club loyalty programme is completely free of charge.
Reminder: To join, simply create a customer account on the website www.sweeek.co.uk and confirm your membership by ticking the box in your personal ‘My Account’ area.

How can you earn loyalty points?

You automatically accumulate loyalty points with every purchase made on www.sweeek.co.uk.
The calculation is simple: every £1 spent (including VAT, excluding delivery costs) equals 1 point.
Points are credited to your customer account after your order has been confirmed.

Where can I check my points balance?

You can view your loyalty points balance at any time in your personal ‘My Account’ area on the website www.sweeek.co.uk.

How can I use my loyalty points?

You do not need to take any action to convert your points.
As soon as you reach a certain threshold (for example, 300 points), a corresponding voucher (£15) is automatically credited to your customer account. Points are accumulated continuously: 300 points accumulated = £15 voucher, 600 points accumulated = £30 voucher, 900 points accumulated = £45 voucher, 1,200 points accumulated = £60 voucher, and so on. Example: 1,800 points accumulated = £90 voucher.

For example:

If you place an initial order of £350, you will earn 350 points. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a £15 voucher (as you have reached the 300-point threshold). You will then have 50 loyalty points remaining in your account.
If you place a second order of £1,000, for example, and use your £15 voucher, you will pay £985. You will thus earn 985 points. Your customer account will therefore have 985 + 50 points, making a total of 1,035 points. A new voucher worth £45 (300 points x 3) will be added to your account, and you will have 135 points remaining.

How long are my loyalty points valid for?

Your loyalty points are valid for 24 months from the date of acquisition.

Where can I view and use my vouchers?

Your vouchers can be viewed at any time in your personal ‘My Account’ area under the ‘My credits’ tab.
To use them: They will be displayed automatically during the order confirmation process, at the payment stage. A checkbox will allow you to choose whether or not you wish to apply your available voucher to the current order.

Can I use my voucher in several instalments?

Yes, your voucher (credit note) can be used in one or more transactions.
Here's how it works:

  • If the amount of your order exceeds the value of your voucher: The voucher will be used in its entirety. You will then only pay the remaining amount of the order.
  • If the amount of your order is less than your voucher: Only the portion of the credit note corresponding to the total amount of your order will be deducted. The remaining amount of your voucher will be retained as a credit balance for future use.
How long is a voucher valid for?

Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from their date of issue.

What happens to my points if I cancel or return an order?

Deduction of points: In the event of a product return or order cancellation that resulted in the acquisition of points, the corresponding points will be automatically deducted from your balance. If your points balance becomes negative, you will need to bring it back to zero or a positive balance through new purchases in order to acquire new benefits.

Validity of the voucher: If the cancellation or return of an order causes your balance to fall below an allocation threshold (for example, if you go from 350 to 50 points) and a voucher has been issued for that threshold (the 300 point voucher in this example), this credit will become invalid and can no longer be used.

How can I unsubscribe from the loyalty programme?

Please go to your customer account, in the section dedicated to your loyalty programme, where you will find an option (a ‘cancel’ button) to cancel your membership.

Please note: Unsubscribing will result in the immediate and permanent loss of all your unused loyalty points and vouchers (rewards).
