This allows you to close one side while leaving the other open, to adjust the brightness, ventilation, and privacy according to your desires. Although it offers protection against rain, this pergola is not a completely waterproof shelter.
Your pergola is guaranteed for 2 years + 3 additional years from the date of delivery. The panels are not included in the warranty extension and are guaranteed for 2 years. You can find the conditions of this warranty in our legal notices.
This pergola should be installed on a level surface.
It is advised to keep the slats open in case of snowfall.

Do I need to make a declaration for my bioclimatic pergola?

No authorization required:
Bioclimatic pergola under 5 m²: You can install your pergola without any administrative formalities.
 
Prior declaration of works (DP):
Bioclimatic pergola between 5 m² and 20 m²: A simple prior declaration of works is sufficient. You must submit it to the town hall of your municipality.
 
Building permit:
Bioclimatic pergola over 20 m²: You are required to apply for a building permit at the town hall of your municipality.
