It's made from stainless steel, which withstands high temperatures and is durable and robust in use.
The grease catch tray on the front catches food residue and collects oil during cooking for easy cleaning.
The handles on the sides make it easy to move the griddle.
Caution: it is advisable to use protective gloves when manoeuvring the particularly hot elements of the cooking dish.
