An easy-to-use plancha for a variety of flavours

Perfect for exploring flavours, searing, and caramelising food, the Porthos plancha is both reliable and easy to use. With a stainless steel front and burners, it is highly resistant to corrosion. The black enamelled, cold-rolled steel cooking plate is fully removable without disassembly, making cleaning quick and simple. A protective plate separates it from the flames, preventing damage and ensuring even heat distribution, so your food cooks to perfection.

Ignition and cleaning

Practical and efficient, the Porthos plancha lights up quickly with piezo ignition. Its removable cooking plate and drawer-style grease tray make cleaning fast and effortless.
Additional information:
Cleaning your plancha after use is simple: just leave it on full power for a few minutes. This will burn off any food residue, which can then be easily washed away with water once the plate has cooled, using a gentle scrape if needed.
Important: To connect your plancha to a gas bottle, you will need a gas hose and a regulator (G1/2 threading for gas inlet). We offer a selection of compatible regulators (Propane, Butane) and hoses on our website to make connecting your appliance to most gas bottles easy.
For optimal performance, especially in cold weather (around 0°C), we strongly recommend using propane gas.
