The grill should not be flipped and used as a barrier to prevent food from falling. It can be flipped when not in use. 
Since the shelf wood is untreated, do not place logs on it. You can store your logs underneath the shelf. 
Ensure the product is completely cooled before installing the cover. 
It is recommended to use suitable utensils. A utensil kit is available in our catalog.
