Delivery Your DPD home delivery (United Kingdom)
Delivery days: Monday to Friday (sometimes Saturday depending on urban areas).
Multi-parcel (partial delivery): If your order contains multiple parcels, they may be separated during sorting and delivered over different days.
Standard service: home delivery without appointment, delivered to your doorstep (ground floor).
Tracking Your real-time tracking (Predict Service)
On the morning of delivery: you receive an email or SMS providing you with a precise 1-hour delivery window (e.g., 11:15–12:15) as well as your driver’s name.
Map tracking (live-tracking): a link allows you to follow the van live on a map and displays a real-time countdown showing the number of remaining stops before your delivery.
Last-minute changes: via the DPD app or website, you can modify your options (request delivery to a neighbour or a designated safe place such as a shed or garage) up to 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery.
Absence Out during delivery? (Zero Pickup Shop)
In case of absence (and if no safe-place instructions have been given), the parcel returns to DPD’s regional depot. The driver leaves a calling card and you are invited to reschedule a new home delivery on the DPD website. No Pickup Shop.
Large parcel & Oversized — by appointment — from £29.99

Delivery Your ARROWXL home delivery (United Kingdom — Large & Oversized)
Delivery days: Monday to Saturday.
No partial delivery: to ensure the safety of your bulky items, all parcels from the same order are grouped together and delivered at the same time.
Standard service: delivery is strictly to the doorstep / kerbside (ground floor). The driver will unload the parcels from the vehicle to the ground, but is not contractually authorised to carry the boxes inside your home, into your garden, or upstairs.
Tracking Your real-time tracking (askAXL Web App)
The day before delivery: you will receive an SMS and an email specifying a 2-hour delivery window.
On the day (askAXL): by opening the askAXL live tracking link, the time slot narrows down to a 30-minute accuracy window. You will also be provided with the names of your delivery team.
Driver pre-call : the delivery driver will call you directly whilst on his way to your property to ensure you are ready and waiting.
Absence Out during delivery?
Return to the local depot: in case of absence, the parcel is returned directly to ArrowXL’s regional freight depot.
Self-service rescheduling: you will instantly receive an SMS or email with a unique booking link, inviting you to select a new convenient home delivery date online.

Delivery Your BJS home delivery (United Kingdom — Standard Delivery)
Delivery days: Monday to Friday (sometimes Saturdays depending on the region).
No partial delivery: to ensure the safety of your bulky items, all parcels from the same order are grouped together and delivered at the same time.
Standard service: delivery is strictly to the doorstep / threshold (ground floor). The team will unload the parcels from the vehicle to your front door, but is not contractually authorised to carry the boxes inside your home, into your garden, or upstairs.
Tracking Your tracking & delivery slot
Delivery window: you will receive a notification (SMS/email) the evening before providing a 3-hour delivery window.
Driver pre-call: the delivery team will give you a courtesy call approximately 30 minutes before arrival to ensure you are at home.
